Delivery

We are a small but dedicated team and always endeavour  to send out orders as soon as we are able. The majority of parcels will be despatched within 2-3 days of receiving your order and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

We generally use the Royal Mail 48 hr tracked service. We can therefore trace the delivery of your package if necessary.

If you require immediate Next Day delivery, please get in touch via email and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

If your parcel weighs more than 3 kg we will get in touch with you via email to discuss delivery options  and costs.

International & European Delivery

We are very happy to send international orders but

due to on going political uncertainty and ever-changing delivery costs we suggest that you email us your requirements. We will then send you an invoice that will include a customised delivery charge.

List of items you wish to purchase.

Name, telephone and email of recipient.

Full delivery address including postcode.

How carefully is my order packaged?

We take great care in packaging your order using the necessary materials according to its weight, size and how fragile it is.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If any item you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on 07378 258321 or by email at molesworthandbird@gmail.com. We will then advise you on the best course of action. In most cases we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund.

In most cases we will refund the cost of posting the item back to us.

Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.
