We take great care in packaging your order using the necessary materials according to its weight, size and how fragile it is.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If any item you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on 07710 808313 or by email at molesworthandbird@gmail.com. We will then advise you on the best course of action. In most cases we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund.

In most cases we will refund the cost of posting the item back to us.

Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.
